Everyday life can take a toll on your back. Bending, twisting, rotating, and even sitting down (especially if you have poor posture) can put a great deal of stress on your back. Strengthening your back through regular exercise can relieve stress and back pain while increasing the overall strength of your body. 

Next time you're in the gym try this routine: 

Deadlifts - 5 sets of 10 to 12 reps

Barbell rows - 5 sets of 10 to 12 reps

Dumbbell rows - 5 sets of 10 to 12 reps

Pull ups - 5 to 10 sets of 10 reps
